Data Protection Consent Declaration of the User

rho data GmbH, Friedrichstraße 9, 70174 Stuttgart (hereinafter "Provider") as the provider and operator points out that participation in the digital training on the Gyde platform (hereinafter "Platform") using the Gyde software via the app and/or web app application and the virtual coaching sessions, as well as the provision of all personal data in this context, is voluntary.

By registering on the platform, I consent to the Provider collecting, processing, and using my personal data for the purpose of providing and conducting the digital training on the platform using and in connection with the Gyde software and the virtual coaching sessions. I agree that my personal data collected both on the platform using the Gyde software and in the context of the virtual coaching sessions by the coaches commissioned by the Provider may be processed for the purpose of creating a user profile and evaluation by the coaches commissioned by the Provider.

The collected personal data includes, for example, personal information such as first and last name, date of birth, email address, postal address, position in and name of the company, data on the usage behavior of the Gyde software (e.g., time of use, duration of stay in the Gyde software), data on response behavior and given answers within the microlearning sessions in the Gyde software, data collected during the coaching sessions, as well as information on work experience, educational and academic background, and other personal competencies.

I am aware that this may also include special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 para. 1 GDPR, such as origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, and health data. In particular, through the given answers via free-text input, the Provider has no influence on which data is disclosed. The input and extent of the data entered for all questions and tasks is completely voluntary.

I also agree that the Provider may process the collected personal data to improve the general quality of the services offered, in particular to improve the platform or Gyde software, for business analysis and market research, including that the coaches commissioned by the Provider may process the collected personal data to improve the quality of the coaching. Processing of the collected data to improve the Provider's services is carried out exclusively in aggregated form, i.e., by combining the data with that of other users, which does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about which data comes from which person.

This consent can be revoked at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future by sending an email to info@gyde.io. Upon receipt of the revocation, the data will be deleted immediately, unless there are legal retention periods or other compelling reasons to the contrary and the revocation is effective. A revocation does not affect the lawfulness of data processing already carried out on the basis of the consent. I am aware that with the revocation of consent, use of the platform and participation in the coaching sessions is no longer possible.

The Provider informs you that you have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability (Art. 15-21 GDPR) and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). Please send requests by email to info@gyde.io or, if we do not comply with your request within the legal deadline or insufficiently, to the competent supervisory authority.
